Aspire - Adapt - Achieve are the qualities celebrated and embraced by Adaptive Adventures. Each year, children and adults of all ages with disabilities participate with Adaptive Adventures to learn freedom, confidence and a sense of accomplishment. From taking to the ski slopes to participate in our All Mountain Series Camps in the Winter to cycling, kayaking, sailing, water-skiing and wakeboarding and whitewater rafting in the summer. This is made possible with our specially trained staff and the help of many dedicated volunteers. Adaptive Adventures accommodates individuals with almost any physical challenge.

Our progress has been marked by steady determination and a passion for providing high-quality, affordable recreational programming to individuals with disabilities. Since 1999, the Adaptive Adventures has continued to make remarkable strides. Founded by a group of physically challenged individuals in 1999, Adaptive Adventures saw a need to increase awareness and participation in disabled sports and recreation for people of all ages. We have a steadfast vision to one day meet the needs of the entire family.

Adaptive Adventures is driven by our belief in "freedom through mobility" and our core values include affordability, independence and leadership. Adaptive Adventures plays an active role in the community as a contributor and as a benefactor and current events have allowed us to focus on paving the way for recently injured soldiers with disabilities to realize a better quality of life. We work to create a safe environment; a place of acceptance and support for our participants, so they can relate with others. We do this by providing information resources in a variety of forms to help individuals with disabilities and their families improve their quality of life. We want our participants to become aware of their abilities and their potential. Through encouragement, support and role models, we work to help individuals with disabilities to realize their dreams
