Lodging: “Broom House” accessible condominium in Fraser, CO
STARS will be back at “Colorado’s Favorite”, Winter Park Resort, CO, home of the National Sports Center for the Disabled. This three-day camp is suitable for the youth who has not skied before or beginners who are looking for more private setting lessons. Two trained instructors and adequate adaptive equipment will be provided. We will stay together at four-bedroom accessible condominium in the town of Fraser. Family style meals will be provided.
Who is the event for: Youth (age 6-20) with physical disabilities, new skiers, beginner skiers who need private lessons, intermediate skiers who want to boost up skiing level, mono-skiers, 3-trackers, 4-trackers, visually impaired, few bi-skiers.
Event goals: Have FUN! Make new friends and figure out your suitable adaptive skiing equipment - This event is classified as: Adaptive Adventures’ Stars of Tomorrow Youth Ski Camp
Event activities: Ski lessons, “Flamingo Cup”(bunny hill race), tubing, video, dinner party.
