1st Annual Discover Chicago Columbus Day Bike Ride For adaptive cyclists and friends Monday October 9th 12:00-4:00 PM Meet at the Southeast corner of Foster Avenue Beach Parking lot. A variety of different adaptive bikes and trikes will be available to ride. Local organizations Adaptive Adventures, Creative Mobility, and Schwab Rehab Hospital will be on hand to assist the Chicago Park District in this new event. Come early for best selection. Both experienced riders and beginners are welcome, as well as friends, family members, and volunteers. Come one come all and experience freedom through mobility.

Many types of special bikes will be available. Handcycles, Foot Powered adaptive trikes of all kinds, and standard bicycles with modifications to accommodate special needs.
